The hotel has a beautiful exterior reminiscent of a Manor house and is conveniently located just off the M1, making it easily accessible. I found the staff warm and helpful during my stay, which was a major plus. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with slow service and limited menu options. Additionally, while the spa facilities were decent, the room I stayed in was quite dated and not as cool as I would have preferred.

The hotel has a beautiful exterior and offers relaxing spa facilities, but the overall experience is marred by some cleanliness issues and poor service. The dining options left a lot to be desired, and the noise levels were disruptive during our stay.
Rooms

The room we were given had a damp smell, and cleanliness was definitely lacking. It didn't feel inviting at all, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the service was subpar. We had to make multiple calls and emails just to get clarification about our stay with pets, and their response felt lackluster.
Location
6.0
While the location is somewhat convenient, it has its drawbacks with noise from the reception area at odd hours. It's away from busy areas but not ideal for peace and quiet.

Dining was chaotic and didn't flow well. We waited too long for coffee, and the food seemed to lack freshness, especially given the hotel's claim of being upscale.

However, I did find the location a bit less appealing due to the view from my room, which overlooked an overgrown garden. The facilities were nice, but could use some improvements.
