Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a beautiful exterior reminiscent of a Manor house and is conveniently located just off the M1, making it easily accessible. I found the staff warm and helpful during my stay, which was a major plus. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with slow service and limited menu options. Additionally, while the spa facilities were decent, the room I stayed in was quite dated and not as cool as I would have preferred.
The hotel has a beautiful exterior and offers relaxing spa facilities, but the overall experience is marred by some cleanliness issues and poor service. The dining options left a lot to be desired, and the noise levels were disruptive during our stay.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially the excellent spa services and delicious dining options, which really made the experience standout. However, I had a few issues with the room and the noise level from a wedding party, which affected my ability to relax fully. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with some room for improvement.
While the hotel has potential with its spa facilities and accommodating staff, my experience was marred by serious concerns regarding safety and food quality. The service was generally good, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The package deal was appealing, yet the execution fell short, making me hesitate about returning.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and a delightful breakfast that offered plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. However, I did find the location a bit less appealing due to the view from my room, which overlooked an overgrown garden. The facilities were nice, but could use some improvements.
